One of our missions is to educate our community regarding where religion, culture and the arts come together.

The many religious perspectives on arts and culture have the potential to enrich and unify our community.

We often come together because of important issues and crises. This is an opportunity, however, to come together for a greater understanding of how our religious communities perceive and reflect on one of the most important visual artists of Western civilization and his interpretation of one of the world’s most influential religious figures.

Rembrandt broke barriers among the faith communities in his environment, barriers that we are challenged by even today.

This event is a process of education and understanding vital to breaking down misconceptions and misunderstandings in our day and time.
